What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

As you’ve likely seen reported in local media outlets, the UK is currently experiencing significant delays to parcel deliveries over the Christmas period.

This means that sadly a lot of our customers are also being affected, as our couriers are reporting that they are suffering from the factors causing these delays; primarily staff shortages. We are doing everything in our power to put pressure on them to do all they can to get your orders to you as soon as possible, but sadly significant delays are still likely to arise.

With this in mind, we kindly ask that you allow 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered. If, after 10 working days, you have still not received your order then please don’t hesitate to get in touch so that we can help.
