How can I track my order?

Standard deliveries only include confirmation of delivery, so if it's been more than 5 working days since you placed your order, send us an email at hello@lovebugpetfood.com and the team will get to the bottom of it. If you've ordered with tracked delivery, you'll be sent email updates on the progress of your package and you’ll be able to track it using the links we send you.
