How do I return an item?

If you've already opened your Lovebug™ cat food, it can't be returned. Instead, please put any uneaten kibble into your local council food waste bin or home composting, and put the bag into your paper recycling bin.

If you haven’t opened the bag, simply reach out to a member of our Customer Care team by emailing hello@lovebug.com or calling 020 4525 4959 and we'll talk you through the process. 

Once we've received the item, we will issue your refund and this will be in your account within 14 days.
