If you've already opened your Lovebug™ cat food, it can't be returned. Instead, please put any uneaten kibble into your local council food waste bin or home composting, and put the bag into your paper recycling bin.
If you haven’t opened the bag, simply reach out to a member of our Customer Care team by emailing email@example.com or calling 0330 345 3028 and we'll talk you through the process. You will not be responsible for the cost of the return if you are using our returns label and, once packaged and labelled, your item(s) can be taken to one of Hermes’ ParcelShop Drop off locations OR you can arrange for a Hermes courier to collect your items from your chosen address using the instructions provided by our Customer Care team.
Once we've received the item, we will issue your refund and this will be in your account within 14 days.
