How do I know that my order has been submitted?

Once your order has been placed you will see an ‘Order Confirmation’ screen and also receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk folder just in case it’s ended up there. If it still hasn’t arrived, get in touch at and the team will make sure your Lovebug™ cat food is winging its way to you!
